Background

  • There’s a special kind of joy that comes from zipping past traffic, the sun on your face and the wind in your hair. WingZ, in bringing high-end electric scooters to Eastern Europe and introducing e-scooter sharing as a service in select cities, wanted to inspire potential riders to break free and take flight. When they approached us to expand their brand language and design, and to develop their website, it was this sense of freedom and joy that we held central.

Approach

  • Unlike a car’s climate-controlled interior, scooters provide complete access to engage with your environment and surroundings. Our goal was to evoke the pleasure of these experiences while instilling confidence in this relatively novel mode of transportation. WingZ primary color palette combines bright yellow sunshine with deep blue sky and sharp green grass. Secondary graphic languages further support the feeling of outdoor freedom, with imagery and video of the open sky. Photography captures confident, smiling riders in motion. Copy emphasizes the joy that comes from zooming around town or finding the path less traveled.
